Seal fragments replaced whole seals
The v0.1.036.27824 update replaced whole seals in chests with seal fragments, which can be used to create any seal. Keep that change in mind when following older instructions that tell you to find a finished seal in a chest.
Running out of Gale Seal fragments
Fragments should be found in small storms. The developer’s October 30 workaround for running out is to collect more in another world with your existing character, including a higher-level character.
You may reuse the world’s seed to make known locations easier to find:
- Read the world seed in the world list.
- Enter it when creating the new world.
- Reusing the same seed is optional; it is not a requirement for your character to enter another world.
Should co-op players get the same fragments?
The expected behaviour is the same chest loot for each player. A player nevertheless reported different fragment totals in the same session. Do not treat an unexplained difference as proof that only one player is meant to receive the fragments.
